Since my last post I have returned to the Santa Ynez Valley. I am currently exciting about several things, mostly launching my career as a Private Chef. Introduction

Hello and welcome! I am currently a student at the Art Institute of Seattle studying culinary arts and am also enrolled in the International Sommelier Guild's program. I have created this blog to share my experiences, ideas, and opinions on foods and wines with my family and friends. I will document my cooking. I will give my thoughts on wines.
